Returns and Exchanges
We offer a simple 7 day no quibble return policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return with us. All return requests must be confirmed to us via email:
– Email us requesting a return within 7 days of delivery
– We will email you return instructions
– Returning an item/s is the customers responsibility, including fees
– The original delivery cost will be deducted from refund
– All goods & packaging must be returned in the original condition
– Damages and faults must be reported within 48 hours
– Faulty items reported after 7 days are eligible for exchange only
We are unable to accept or refund for any lighting that has been installed or tampered with. All goods must be returned in the original condition they were shipped. The same rule applies for any mirrors or furniture that the customer may paint or screw into.
Returning the item is the customer’s responsibility (including the return cost).
We strongly advise proof of postage is obtained and where possible insurance as we cannot refund for any goods which have arrived backed to us damaged in transit.
The original delivery fee will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund. All exchanges are free.
